ACL Names Former Sage Software Finance Leader Brendan Quigley Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ACL, a software provider helping governments and the world's largest companies quantify risk, stamp out fraud and optimize performance, announced Brendan Quigley, CPA, has been named the company's new Chief Financial Officer. With more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, he will direct the company's corporate finance and risk management functions, as well as support the Senior Leadership Team by developing and executing on strategic business goals.

Quigley joins ACL at a critical moment in its history, as the firm recently navigated a complete overhaul of its business model. In less than 12 months, ACL converted 99 percent of its global customer base to a SaaS-based subscription model.

Quigley comes to ACL from Sage Software, where he was CFO & SVP Financial Planning & Analysis for the company's North American region. In that role, he successfully led a large team accountable for business operation effectiveness, strategic financial planning and a subscription model transition. Quigley and his team also oversaw changes in corporate culture and improved cross-functional collaboration across a complex matrix business structure, as well as overseeing M&A activity.
