LOUIS, Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Aclara Technologies LLC announced that six rural electric cooperatives, comprising nearly 64,000 end points, signed agreements to use its industry leading eTWACS advanced metering infrastructure technology. In addition, one investor-owned utility has signed an agreement to use Aclara's Asset Data Management solution as a repository to track nearly four million new and existing end points.
