Acrolinx Announces New Integrations with Leading Enterprise CMS and Marketing Cloud Platforms
Integrations support rapid content marketing adoption and growing recognition of the importance of ensuring that brands speak with one voice
SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Acrolinx today announced a series of new integrations that extend the power of content optimization to more marketers. Spanning a variety of CMS and marketing cloud platforms including Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce.com, the new integrations help marketing professionals meet demand for superior customer experiences by creating consistent, high-quality content so that their companies speak with one voice. The announcement was made at Acrolinx's annual Content Connections conference.
The new integrations come on the heels of an October 2015 report from Altimeter entitled, "The Customer Experience Cloud: How to Unify the Organization Around a Seamless Customer Experience." The report highlights the importance of companies creating content that's consistent in terms of style and tone no matter where in the organization it comes from. Specifically, it notes that, "Today's customers don't care whether they're talking to the marketing department or the service department. To them, there's only one brand, and they demand to be recognized across the entire company as the same, unique individual."
The report goes on to note that "to provide a unified experience on the front end, a brand must be unified on the back end as well," underscoring the importance of consistent content.
With these new enhancements, Acrolinx now integrates with Adobe Marketing Cloud - AEM and Salesforce.com allowing even more content authors to check and optimize content using Acrolinx from within their existing enterprise CMS and marketing cloud platforms.
"Today's brands are increasingly realizing that they have to speak with one voice to create better customer experiences," said Ulrich Callmeier, Acrolinx COO. "These new integrations will make it easier for companies to ensure that their content is consistent and aligned."
In total, Acrolinx has released over 20 integrations so far in 2015, including XMetaL, oXygen, Adobe InDesign, SonarQube, Microsoft Word for Mac, WordPress, Adobe FrameMaker, and Google Docs.
"Our vision is to support every major tool and platform where content is created," said Dr. Andrew Bredenkamp, Acrolinx Founder and CEO. "With the emergence of ever more connected content infrastructures inside marketing, integration with these platforms is important in fulfilling that vision."
