Kathleen Byars is a corporate marketing executive experienced in new market entry and high growth strategies. Ms. Byars served as VP, Global Strategic Solutions and VP, International Marketing for Mary Kay Cosmetics from 1997-2003 where she led all aspects of marketing for thirty-one international markets including new market entry.
