(Nasdaq: ACXP) ("Acurx" or the "Company"), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a new class of antibiotics for difficult-to-treat bacterial infections, today announced that it had received notification letters from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the minimum stockholders' equity threshold of $2.5 million under Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).

The Company is now in full compliance with all Nasdaq continued listing requirements and the Company's common stock will remain listed and traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
