(NYSE AMERICAN: AE) ("Adams" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.24 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2020, payable on March 19, 2021 to shareholders of record as of close of business on March 5, 2021.
