Adecco Group North America Launches CEO Internship Experience

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- What does it take to be a CEO? There's only one way to find out! Adecco Group North America, part of the world's leading provider of human resource solutions, is offering one individual the internship of a lifetime alongside Bob Crouch, CEO of Adecco Group North America, this summer.

While the title won't be permanent, the selected candidate will get the next best thing—the opportunity to shadow CEO Bob Crouch and other Adecco Group North America leaders through a paid month-long internship.

The CEO for One Month initiative is part of Adecco Group's global Way to Work™ program, which highlights issues and challenges facing the 75 million young people worldwide that are out of work while developing ways that this generation can be prepared for the workforce of the future.

This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will take place during July and August with seven finalists being selected from the applicant pool to join a one-week Boot Camp in Jacksonville, Florida to compete for the internship. The week's activities will include education sessions and out-of-the-box assessments with a focus on Adecco's core values. The winner will begin their internship the following week.  

Throughout the summer, similar programs will be taking place in 30 countries around the globe with the 10 most successful interns being eligible to compete for a month long mentorship with Adecco Group's Global CEO, Patrick De Maeseneire.
