Joining Adecco RPO is Lydia Wilson, who will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development. Lydia has a progressively tenured career including Global business development responsibility for top human resources services and technology companies. In addition to Lydia, Kim Davis will be named to Senior Vice President, Program Management, Mir Ali will be named Vice President, Information Technology, Elaine Nicol will be named Vice President, Implementation and Consulting, and Erica Blake will be named Finance Director.
Adecco RPO has also expanded its product and services to include a proprietary applicant tracking system (ATS), proprietary candidate relationship management (CRM) technology and services, and proprietary talent supply and demand planning technology and services. These new products are fully integrated with Adecco RPO services and are exclusively available to Adecco RPO customers.
Government, Defense, and Government Contractors are in need of talent solutions, and Adecco RPO has responded by organizing a Government RPO Solutions Practice that will be headed up by Michael Palmer, Senior Vice President, Government RPO Solutions. Michael joins Adecco RPO with a successful track record of RPO experience, as well as government contracting experience. Adecco's Government RPO Solutions is based in Reston, Virginia.
Charles Eye has also been named Vice President, Client Relations for the Government RPO Solutions Practice. Charles is the former founder of Employer Services Corporation, which is now part of Adecco RPO. Charles and his management team have remained with Adecco RPO to, in part, form Adecco's Government RPO Solutions Practice.
