Adeptus Partners Expands Footprint with Acquisition of CoMetrics Lenders Advisory Services, LLC
NEW YORK, March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Adeptus Partners, LLC (Adeptus), a noted solutions-based public accounting firm, has recently acquired CoMetrics Lenders Advisory Services, LLC (CLAS) from CoMetrics Partners, LLC (CoMetrics). LAS is a professional service firm that specializes in offering banks, financial, and other lenders, assistance in determining the accuracy of its borrower's collateral. In connection with this strategic acquisition, Adeptus has recruited a number of key professional staff and changed its name to Lenders Advisory Services, LLC (LAS).
