PLYMOUTH, Mich., Aug. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Adient (NYSE: ADNT), a global leader in automotive seating, today announced third quarter earnings.

Q3 GAAP net loss and EPS diluted of $(321) million and $(3.43), respectively; Q3 Adjusted-EPS diluted of $0.38
Q3 Adjusted-EBIT and Adjusted-EBITDA of $129 million and $205 million, respectively
Q3 free cash flow (operating cash flow, less capital expenditures) of $168 million
Cash and cash equivalents of $1,025 million at June 30, 2019
Gross debt and net debt totaled $3,777 million and $2,752 million, respectively, at June 30, 2019
