LOUIS, Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Adjudica, LLC, and Amitech Solutions, Inc., announced the formation of a joint venture, Adjudica Healthcare Solutions, to bring Adjudica's proprietary HealthSight engagement and transparency portal to market.  Described as a supercharged cross between Facebook and Quicken, the HealthSight platform provides critical financial and engagement tools that help employers and plan sponsors control healthcare spending and improve the health of their members and employees.
