Adperio Promotes Jill Fletcher to Role of COO

DENVER, March 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jill Fletcher was recently promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer of Adperio Inc. based on a decade of commitment, hard-work and leadership.

Under Jill's guidance, Adperio has experienced over 300% growth and been identified as an "Inc. 5000 Company" for the past four years.  Adperio has also been honored as one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Colorado" for three consecutive years.  

Fletcher's steady ascent to the role of COO began in 2001, when she started in an entry-level marketing position at Adperio.  After several years of increased responsibility and success, she was promoted to VP of Marketing and then again to EVP in 2006.

Fletcher was responsible for managing the formation of Adperio's independent Best Practices division, creating a Human Resources department, ensuring company-wide compliance with consumer privacy and CAN-SPAM issues as well as overseeing the multitude of legal regulations and guidelines of the constantly changing online marketplace. Jill became the operational back-bone of Adperio and trusted confidant and advisor to Adperio's CEO and President, David Asseoff.

Prior to joining Adperio, Jill was at MatchLogic, an online advertising division of Excite@Home, where she worked with some of the largest corporate brands including Proctor & Gamble, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Vanguard to implement and optimize their online advertising initiatives.  The early years of Jill's career were spent in television where she wrote, produced and managed placement of on-air promotions for Denver's WB2 network.  Fletcher graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a BA in Communications.
