Advertising Age Names Latcha+Associates to Its List of 'Best Places to Work in Marketing & Media'

DETROIT, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Detroit-area marketing firm, Latcha+Associates, has been selected for Advertising Age's inaugural list of the nation's "Best Places to Work in Marketing & Media." The honor recognizes employers that foster environments in which people "love to work and contribute their best ideas" by cultivating camaraderie, stimulating creativity, spurring innovation and nurturing their employees. The Best Companies Group conducted the survey, which was open to all private and public companies with 25+ employees. Their analysis was based on confidential employee satisfaction questionnaires and a review of company benefits, policies and practices. Only 30 companies were chosen.
