Aegis Strengthens Partnership with Saudi Telecom Company by Securing HR Business Process Outsourcing Contract

Aegis Limited, a global outsourcing and technology services company and part of the $39 billion conglomerate, Essar, announced today that its JV with STC - Contact Centre Company (CCC) has won a multi-million dollar contract with STC to provide human resources (HR) business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

Under the terms of the new contract, CCC will continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of its outsourcing services. The scope of the contract includes recruitment, reward and core HR administration, learning services covering content sourcing and development, program planning and delivery, learning system hosting, payroll administration and management. The engagement will benefit more than 4 business units of STC covering over 1,000 employees, and introduce a series of HR process improvements focused on enhancing the user experience.

Additionally, Aegis will introduce a more proactive recruiting approach, including future staffing predictive modeling coupled with an intrinsic and deep client domain understanding. Proactive sourcing tools, automation will support more effective, forecasting-led recruiting methods and will result in a broader, more appropriate candidate pool for STC.
