While Preferred Seat Option (PSo) is the program that allows passengers to select their preferred seat(s) in AMPlus in the economy cabin, the first 3 rows of comfort and benefits as greater recline, priority in luggage handling, priority boarding and check-in at Premier counters.

• Enter your flight reservation code, last name and email address
• Pay a small sign-up fee ($1 to $5) and a nominal Option price (fully refundable if Option is not granted). For example, the Upgrade price can be up to 75% less than the regular price.
• Later, closer to departure (say between 96 to 4 hours before flight departure), passenger will be notified whether the option has been granted or not. If the Option is not granted, then the Option Price is refunded automatically within 5 business days.
