Aethra Telecommunications announces today the launch of the new SV6044E modular business access router. Presented at the Broadband World Forum 2014 in Amsterdam, SV6044E defines a new level in the Aethra Telecommunications' integrated access devices portfolio, with the best throughput performances, the highest number of concurrent voice channels and a totally renewed design.

SV6044E supports the largest variety of WAN interfaces to allow the most flexible and scalable field deployment in any scenario; WAN options include ADSL, VDSL2 (with vectoring and bonding support), fiber, Ethernet and 3G / LTE mobile access together with V/X and SHDSL ATM and EFM. Embedded and modular voice interfaces include FXS, FXO, ISDN BRI and PRI.

SV6044E is empowered by ATOS 6, the latest release of the Aethra Telecommunications feature rich operating system, with state-of-the-art QoS, firewall, static and dynamic routing capabilities. All designed to meet the needs of the most demanding telecom operators and service providers.
