Affinity Living Group appoints new Chief Operating Officer

HICKORY, N.C., May 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Affinity Living Group has appointed Neal Lail as Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. Lail, who joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in May of 2016, has been responsible for the company's market growth, delivering results which led to his promotion as Chief Marketing Officer in 2018.  As CMO, he oversaw all aspects of Marketing operations, Sales operations, Call Center operations, Public Relations and Communications, Customer Service and Retention, and Managed Care-Innovative Pay Systems.

Lail, a native of Hickory, has a 30-year history in the senior healthcare industry. Prior to joining Affinity Living Group, Neal held senior positions in the acute care, post-acute care, hospice care, and Medicare Advantage payer industries. In those positions, Neal was responsible for leading teams that drove revenue to achieve operating income expectations.

Sheila Madigan has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Madigan joined Affinity Living Group in February of 2016. She also brings three decades of sales experience to Affinity Living Group, the last 16 of which were in senior housing at the regional and national levels. An accomplished sales trainer, Madigan is a North Carolina Licensed Assisted Living Administrator and a preceptor for NC Administrators-In-Training.
