The ceremony will take place at the NWBOC Conference at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on May 8-10.
The honor was bestowed upon Phyllis Weems in recognition of 10 continuous years of active membership during which she successfully fulfilled the NWBOC National Certification Program's requirements for certification as a woman-controlled and woman-owned business.
