Agents Report $100M+ in Closed Transactions in Under Four Months Using Text-Message A.I.

Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence to share results from 1,100 agents at free Sept. 29 webinar

CLEVELAND, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Krem Institute of A.I. announced results from a 120-day test of Halo, an A.I. marketing agency for real estate agents that runs entirely through text messages. More than 1,100 agents, whom Halo calls Founding Members, sent 502,819 text messages to the platform during the test.

According to company data, Founding Members reported more than $100 million in closed transactions over the period, along with 1,584 leads captured and 1,035 websites built.

The company also reports that in the last two weeks, A.I. Search referred Founding Members to a buyer or seller 122,000 times mid-conversation in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini, roughly six times a minute.

"Most agents don't win with A.I. Only some do. But it doesn't have to be that way," said Nick Krem, co-founder and CEO of the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence. "I believe something very unpopular: agents don't have to learn A.I. They only need results from A.I."

Halo was developed by Huzi, the A.I. Lab for Real Estate and Mortgage Professionals, by its founder Eric Post, a former Marine and real estate broker who assembled a team of former Microsoft A.I. engineers.

Research cited by the institute shows 82% of Americans used A.I. for housing information last year.

"The AI-powered consumer is already here," said Post. "Buyers and sellers are asking ChatGPT and Gemini who to trust with the biggest purchase of their lives. You won't lose to an AI-powered competitor. You'll lose to the consumer not needing you."

"A name comes back. It's yours or it's somebody else's," Krem added. "The people training agents how to do A.I. are getting it wrong. Agents need results from A.I."
