Effective March 25, 2011, Remedy opened a new office in Elmhurst, IL under the ownership of Dan Doherty. On May 16, 2011, Silvia and John Caravella opened a Remedy office in Matawan, NJ. Dan Jourdan and Nick Modares opened their doors in Roswell, GA on September 12, 2011, and Jenny and Michael Monteleone are scheduled to open in Cranford, NJ on September 16.

During the same time period, several existing franchise owners also expanded their operations, including Burke Mullins, who added a Medford, OR recruiting office to his existing footprint in Portland, OR, and Olympia and Tacoma, WA. Debra Friedrich, owner of several locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota under the Westaff brand (Remedy's sister's division), expanded into Spirit Lake, IA and even took over a Remedy branch in Green Bay, WI.
