These changes, effective August 1, 2013, allow the company to further align and refine its programs, technologies and internal resources to better serve the needs of its clients.
David Lewis, formerly the vice president of Corporate Operations, was promoted to senior vice president and will be responsible for all aspects of the company's North American (U.S. and Canada) contingent workforce solutions, including AllSourceMSP, AccelerationVMS, AccelerationICC and AccelerationSOW. "For over a decade I have worked hard to ensure operational excellence for Agile-1. This experience has prepared me to move into this highly visible customer partnership role. Previously serving as the vice president of Solutions Architecture, Tracey Friend has assumed the position of vice president of Direct Workforce Solutions and is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's direct hire workforce solutions, including AllSourceRPO and AccelerationATS. "The decision to transition Ms. Friend into this role leverages her industry expertise in the development and design of recruitment strategies and practices. This is a great fit for Agile-1 as we continue to focus on delivering strong direct hire solutions to the marketplace and our customers," stated Peter Carvalho, president and CEO of Agile-1.
With the transition of Mr. Lewis and Ms. Friend, Brian Clark will now lead the teams responsible for solutions design, project management and supplier engagement as the vice president of Operations. Prior to this promotion, Mr. Clark served as the senior director of the Project Management Office. "With over seven years of experience implementing Agile-1's programs and technologies, Mr. Clark is the perfect choice to manage the teams responsible for design, implementation and service.
