On June 3, 2014, Ryanair Holdings plc reported that its subsidiary Ryanair Limited (Ryanair) launched a new aircraft branding agreement with the UK's largest coach operator National Express. A specially commissioned livery was unveiled on three of Ryanair's Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The Company informed that Ryanair's coach partner at London Stansted Airport, National Express, provides Ryanair's customers travelling to and from London reliable coach travel as well as savings of up to 70% (versus rail transfers), available to purchase on the Ryanair's website and onboard. Aeropostale, Inc. Analyst Notes
On May 27, 2014, Aeropostale, Inc. (Aeropostale) announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with Sycamore Partners with respect to their previously announced strategic partnership and $150 million senior secured credit facilities, which includes a sourcing arrangement with an affiliate of Sycamore Partners, MGF Sourcing. In addition, Aeropostale has committed to complete minimum merchandise purchases each year for ten years under sourcing partnership where all amortization payments of the associated term loan facility will be fully rebated as the Company fulfils its minimum purchase requirements. In relation to the closing of this transaction, Stefan Kaluzny and Julian Geiger have been appointed as two new members of the Board of Directors. In addition, Arthur Rubinfeld is stepping down as a director of the Company. Aeropostale's Board of Directors will nominate Kenneth Gilman for election by the Company's stockholders as an independent director at the Company's annual stockholder meeting in 2014.
