AGT International Appoints Jens Wegmann as Chief Corporate Development Officer

Former CEO of Siemens' Industry Solutions division joins AGT International executive  team to continue driving rapid growth

Jens Michael Wegmann has joined AGT International, one of the fastest growing safety and security solutions organizations in the world, as Chief Corporate Development Officer.

Jens will be based in Zurich and responsible for corporate strategy, M&A transactions and identifying and establishing business partner relationships and alliances. He will also head the Energy, Water and Infrastructure and Oil & Gas business units.

 With over 20 years of international experience in various leadership positions, Jens is a recognized industry expert with outstanding market knowledge. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Jens was previously CEO of Siemens' Industry Solutions division, one of the world's leading solution and service providers for industrial and infrastructure facilities. In an earlier role he was the CEO of Siemen's global Security Solutions business, based in Switzerland. He is senior advisor to finance and strategic investors and is on the board of portfolio companies.
