Industry veteran to lead AIR's Aftermarket Parts and Services businesses, supporting manufacturers and customers throughout the lifecycle of a building
NORFOLK, Va., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AIR Control Concepts ("AIR"), the world's largest commercial HVAC, electrical and controls platform, today announced the appointment of John Eisenhart as President, Aftermarket Solutions. In this newly established role, Eisenhart will lead AIR's Aftermarket Parts and Services businesses and join the company's executive leadership team.
The role is focused on building stronger relationships with AIR's manufacturers and customers well beyond initial equipment selection and installation, through ongoing service, maintenance, parts, system optimization and modernization, in the way each wants to be served.
"John is an exceptional leader with deep industry experience and a strong understanding of what customers need throughout the lifecycle of their facilities," said Hayden Bland, President of AIR Control Concepts. "As AIR continues to grow, the opportunity to connect our service and aftermarket capabilities across the organization is significant. John brings the leadership, customer focus and industry perspective to help us build that into an even more meaningful part of our business."
Eisenhart brings nearly three decades of experience in commercial HVAC and building solutions. Since beginning his career in 1991, John has served in various management and executive leadership roles focused on equipment and controls sales and strategy.
As President, Aftermarket Solutions, John will work closely with AIR's operating companies and enterprise teams to develop a consistent approach across the company's service and aftermarket businesses. His focus will include expanding capabilities across AIR's network and supporting manufacturers and customers throughout the operational life of their facilities.
"My role is to create repeatable best practices that appropriately support our valued manufacturers and customers throughout the lifecycle of a building, in the unique manner that they want to be served," said Eisenhart. "AIR has built an incredible network of companies with deep technical expertise, strong customer relationships and an entrepreneurial culture. I am excited to bring those strengths together and build even stronger partnerships with the manufacturers and customers we serve."
AIR's Aftermarket Solutions organization will encompass the company's growing Aftermarket Parts and Services capabilities, creating greater connectivity between local expertise and the resources of AIR's broader global platform.
The strategy builds on AIR's continued expansion of capabilities across HVAC, mechanical, electrical and controls while increasing the company's ability to support customers from initial system design and equipment delivery through commissioning, aftermarket parts, ongoing service and maintenance, performance management and modernization.
"Aftermarket Solutions is an important part of where AIR is going," added Bland. "Our customers operate complex facilities where reliability, uptime and long-term performance matter. We have tremendous service and aftermarket expertise throughout AIR today. Bringing those capabilities together gives us an opportunity to serve our manufacturers and customers more consistently, in the way each of them wants to be served."
Eisenhart's appointment comes as AIR continues to expand its global footprint and invest in the people, capabilities and infrastructure needed to support customers and manufacturer partners at greater scale. AIR currently operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, combining the market knowledge and customer relationships of its operating companies with the resources and connectivity of a global organization.
