Air Esscentials Provides In-Home Scenting for Luxury Community
MIAMI, Nov. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Esscentials, a leading global provider of scent marketing solutions based in Miami, is providing in-home scenting to residents of The Mansions at Doral, a new luxury community in the Doral area west of Miami with homes starting at $1.2 million.

The developers, Devtov and Century Home Builders, have had Air Esscentials scent diffusers running on both the ground and second floors of the model home with a grapefruit vanilla scent since the model opened about a month ago. Reaction has been overwhelmingly positive; when prospective buyers come to tour the model home, most of them ask the sales staff how the home smells so good, and how they can get it in their homes.
Buyers can choose to have scent diffusers installed in their new homes as an option, and so far 80% of new buyers have opted to add them. The company forecasts that most other residents will add the scent option to their home once they move in. Homeowners can choose their home fragrances from over 75 different selections in the Air Esscentials scent library.
The choice to add scent as an option was natural, according to Cesar Lang, Creative Director of The Mansions. As a luxury custom residential development, The Mansions offers a variety of luxury options such as a rooftop terrace, in-home elevators and smart home systems.
