Air Esscentials, the Leader in Luxury Residence Scenting, Creates Upscale Fragrance for Ultra-Opulent Porsche Design Tower in North Miami

MIAMI, Nov. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Esscentials, a leading global provider of environmental scent systems based in Miami, announced today that it was chosen to create ambient scenting for Miami's newest and most luxurious residential high rise, the Porsche Design Tower on the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.  The Porsche Design Tower is a 57-story condominium with prices starting at $6.2 million. Residents are able to ascend to their private apartments while still in their vehicles in one of three glass car elevators.

Air Esscentials has installed its state-of-the-art cold air scent diffusion equipment throughout the building's common areas, where residents and visitors are treated to a signature scent created by Air Esscentials' gifted perfumists. The sophisticated and upscale signature scent opens up with top-notes of bergamot and cooling eucalyptus, filled by notes of night-blooming jasmine, lily of the valley, rose, gardenia and star anise, and finishes with warm, balsamic, sandalwood, oakmoss and white musk base-notes. A lighter fragrance reminiscent of lavender leaves scents the Spa, Vichy Shower and Treatment Rooms, giving them a lovely, uplifting and soothing ambiance.

Andrew Richards, Vice President of Development & Construction for the Porsche Design Tower, explained, "We selected Porsche Design's 'The Essence' cologne as the signature scent for the lobby, lounge/bar, clubroom, fitness area, and other amenities throughout the building.  This scent was selected to compliment the elegant interiors of the Porsche Design Tower and to keep in the tradition of using Porsche Design products throughout,"  Mr. Richards added, "In addition, we selected signature scents for the Spa and treatment rooms to coincide with the tranquility of those unique spaces.  The scents certainly compliment the environments within the building which, without question, have defined a new standard of living."

"We've seen that ultra-luxury residential developments like the Porsche Tower are at the forefront of trends in lifestyle amenities," said Spence Levy, President of Air Esscentials. "It's only a matter of time before other residential communities recognize the immense benefits that ambient scent offers their residents in enjoyment, relaxation and a distinct feeling of entering a home oasis."
