Airmax, Inc. Acquires Power House Aeration®, Ice Eater®, and Weeds Away® Brands from Hydrasearch, Inc.

ARMADA, Mich., July 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Airmax, Inc., the industry leader in pond and lake management solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of Power House Aeration, Ice Eater, and Weeds Away brands from Hydrasearch, Inc., effective immediately. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Airmax's growth and positions the company as the most comprehensive manufacturer in the pond and lake market. 

The Power House brand, known for introducing the original Ice Eater in the early 1980s, has earned a strong reputation for reliability and performance in aquatic circulators and de-icing technology. All operations, including manufacturing, customer service, repairs, and warranty support, will transition from Hydrasearch's Maryland facility to Airmax's headquarters in Michigan.

To ensure a seamless transition, Airmax will continue servicing existing Power House customers with no disruption in support. Operations will remain status quo as Airmax prepares to ramp up production at its Michigan facility.
