HOUSTON, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Airswift, a global workforce solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of assets of selected New Tech Global (NTG) businesses for an undisclosed sum. The transaction increases Airswift's U.S. contractor base by approximately 30% and expands its service offering across the U.S. energy sector.
The acquisition covers three NTG businesses. New Tech Global Ventures and New Tech Global Rig Personnel strengthen Airswift's upstream oil and gas workforce solutions. NTG Auburn, which will be rebranded as Auburn Energy Management, an Airswift company, adds project and asset management, contract operations and technical advisory services across the upstream energy sector.
Jenny Amalfi, President of the Americas at Airswift, said: "This acquisition significantly strengthens Airswift's position as a leading energy workforce solutions provider in the U.S. Bringing together NTG's highly respected upstream expertise with Airswift's global platform expands both the scale of our contractor network and the breadth of services we can deliver to clients. It enhances our capabilities across drilling and completions, project and asset management, technical advisory services, and international workforce deployment."
Newly integrated contractors will move into Airswift's contractor care and support infrastructure and gain access to opportunities across a wider customer network. NTG leaders Roger Koeppe, David Rodriguez, Nick Andrews and Mark Malone will join the business.
Keith Grimes, CEO of NTG, commented: "Airswift is the ideal partner for these businesses and the people behind them. The combination of NTG's specialist expertise and client relationships with Airswift's global infrastructure, technology, and market presence creates a platform for long-term growth, and opens the door to greater opportunities for our employees, contractors, and customers."
