AirTronic USA Announces New Website and Progressive Growth

CHICAGO, Nov. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- AirTronic USA has officially launched its new website and has undertaken several new initiatives to continue the company's progression in their industry. The launch of the new website, which offers quick and easy access to essential information regarding their products, is part of the organization's ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and availability of information to customers worldwide. The Company has also announced further progress in the development of the company's senior management team. Over the past few months, AirTronic USA has continued to hire and develop a world-class management team to lead the strongest parts of their legacy engineering, design and technical capabilities.  A new Senior Production Manager, Rick Reiner, with over 30 years of industry experience including decades in the defense contracting space, will lead the Company's production efforts.  Additionally, a new Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management has been hired, Warren Pinkerton. Warren will captain the company's ISO/ASI/ITAR consultancy through the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center to ensure that the highest industry standards are established and maintained by the Company.

AirTronic USA has also participated in a series of select venues worldwide to include the Special Operation Forces Industry Conference in Tampa, FL, the Special Operation Forces Exhibition in Amman, Jordan, Eurasatory in Paris, France, and the 2014 AUSA Meeting & Exhibition in Washington, D.C. The Company is scheduled to showcase their systems and capitalize on the continued interest in their products during Q1 2015 at such events as the U.S. Army Expeditionary Warrior Experiment Spiral J, the SHOT Show in Las Vegas and the International Defense Exhibition & Conference in Abu Dhabi.

The Company has also announced new actions to reinvigorate growth. These actions support previously reported strategic initiatives to restore momentum and the Company's long-term growth targets. AirTronic USA is making considerable progress to develop and manufacture an American made array of RPG rockets, some which will have guidance capability.  This significant achievement will vertically integrate the currently outsourced method of acquiring RPG rockets and will enable the Company to manufacture and sell an all-inclusive RPG system.

Another key initiative the Company has recently undertaken is the development of a new lightweight RPG to support the US and foreign allied militaries. The GS-777 rocket launcher is progressing and the Company expects to be in full production during Q1 2015. As a result of these productivity efforts, the Company expects to fund the marketing initiatives and innovation required to deliver sustainable net revenue growth and increase returns on invested capital by its ownership company, RPG Group, over time.
