(Nasdaq: AIXC) ("AIxC" or the "Company") today announces that effective upon the market open on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the Company will change its name to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc., and its common stock will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "FFR." The new name and ticker symbol better reflect the Company's strategic focus on building a leading intelligent mobility and robotics ecosystem. The Company's common stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and its CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
