AIxC's RoboShare Makes U.S. Robot-Sharing History as Seven Robots Share the Stage with DU$TY and Big

(Nasdaq: AIXC) ("AIxC" or the "Company") today announced that RoboShare completed its first paid commercial deployment at The Malibu Mixer on August 29 at Malibufilms in Malibu, California. The customer paid for the engagement and confirmed completion. All seven robots appeared during the event, and the service concluded without incident.

The completed deployment represents an early commercial validation of RoboShare's model for connecting robot capacity with paid, real-world customer demand

Based on its review of publicly available information, AIxC believes this was the first paid commercial deployment completed by a U.S. robot-sharing platform to combine humanoid and quadruped robots in a coordinated live performance.

Seven Robots Join the Show

The Malibu Mixer, presented by Frenzee Broadcasting, Chicano Hollywood and Fr8qu8ncy, brought together artists, creators and entertainment-industry guests for music, live performances, fashion, food and networking.

RoboShare deployed seven robots across multiple form factors: one Master humanoid, one Futurist humanoid, four Aegis Pro quadruped robots and one NAVI compact robot. The robots were deployed across live performance, demonstrations and audience interaction, including a coordinated four-robot routine featuring humanoid and quadruped platforms.

Throughout the event, guests gathered around the robots, filmed and interacted with them, while DU$TY,Big and other performers incorporated the robots into the live entertainment experience.

From Creative Brief to Full-Service Delivery

RoboShare supported the DU$TY and Big event by coordinating the robot deployment for the live activation, including pre-event preparation and on-site operational support.

The deployment demonstrated RoboShare's ability to connect robot resources with real-world commercial demand and support robotic experiences across live entertainment and experiential settings.

The event generated more than 20 expressions of commercial interest for potential RoboShare deployments across entertainment, events and content-production use cases. Several of these opportunities have already progressed into more detailed follow-up discussions regarding potential deployments.

While these discussions remain at an early stage and may not result in signed agreements or revenue, the level and range of inbound interest provide an early indication of potential demand for RoboShare's robot-sharing model. The RoboShare business team is now working with prospective customers to define deployment requirements, robot configurations, timing, pricing and next steps.

Turning Deployment Experience Into Operating Capability

RoboShare plans to conduct a formal post-deployment review incorporating operational data, customer feedback and lessons from the first paid engagement. The Company intends to use these insights to refine robot coordination, operator workflows, transportation, content design and safety procedures as it prepares for future deployments.

The team is also evaluating customer feedback regarding additional interactive capabilities that could broaden the range of experiences available through future RoboShare deployments.

Expanding Local Operating Capacity

RoboShare also plans to recruit robot operating partners through RoboShare & Co., the Company's partner program for the RoboShare ecosystem. The Company is seeking local teams that can provide transportation, robot operation, on-site service, maintenance and event fulfillment.
