This new entity will help the PS&S family of companies better leverage its size in the marketplace and better service the needs of its growing client portfolio. The AJS Capital Holdings, LLC family of companies currently has more than 300 employees and operates under multiple platforms including:

• "AJS Development" provides partnership and joint venture development support in the brownfield, residential and commercial market space; 
• "AJS Federal, LLC" owns 49% of "PS&S Global" and focuses on providing a wide array of consulting services to the federal government;
• "AJS Tech Ventures" focuses on technology opportunities in making buildings more energy efficient and sustainable. In addition to providing the needed engineering and architecture services, AJS Tech Ventures also provides clients with financing solutions based on the energy savings achieved;

Slimowicz, Esq. to serve as the Managing Director of AJS Capital Holdings, LLC.  Mr. Slimowicz has extensive experience in operating global business and is a 20 year industry veteran in the financial services, risk solutions and environmental marketplace. His expertise includes the management of large geographically diverse organizations making his experience ideal for this role.  Mr. Slimowicz currently sits on the New Jersey Institute of Technology Board of Trustees and previously served as a member of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Transition Team for then incoming Governor Christie.

Previously, Mr. Slimowicz was with Zurich Financial Services (ZURN.VX:ZFSVF.PK), for 12 years where he held a variety of positions including: Vice President & Director of Global Corporate Customer Service and Vice President & Assistant General Counsel. In these roles, Mr. Slimowicz was involved in a broad range of international and domestic M&A, turnaround, business restructure, risk management, claims, and litigation management functions. In addition, Mr. Slimowicz held the positions of Department Director of Zurich Pollution Claims, Department Director of Specialty Environmental Claims, and Claims Director for Environmental Surety Claims.

Before joining Zurich, Mr. Slimowicz was Department Director and Attorney with American International Group in New York, supervising a staff of attorneys and providing counsel on all aspects of corporate, insurance, environmental, and construction law. Early in his career, Mr. Slimowicz worked in public accounting with Ernst and Young where he gained a solid financial and accounting foundation.
