(NASDAQ: AKAM), the global leader in content delivery network (CDN) services, today announced the agenda for Akamai Edge 2016, its ninth annual customer conference, taking place October 17-21, 2016 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.

Akamai Edge brings together business leaders and industry influencers who will share best practices for shaping the future of the Internet. The week-long conference for prospects and customers will explore the trends and innovation that is having a profound impact on over-the-top (OTT) video, mobile performance, cloud technologies, and Web and enterprise security.

With the theme of "Bringing the Future into Focus," Akamai Edge will feature in-depth industry forums, hands-on technical training labs, and partner-based exhibits.
