New leadership across Customer Success, Marketing and Global Center of Excellence strengthens Akeneo's investment in the U.S. market as it accelerates into the next era of AI-powered commerce

Jean Lethuillier has joined as Vice President of Customer Success, based in Boston. She joins Carole Offredo, Chief Marketing Officer, and Edouard Dewulf, Senior Director, Global Center of Excellence, adding expertise in customer success, AI and forward-deployed engineers.

Strengthening Customer Impact in the U.S.
Jean Lethuillier was most recently SVP of Customer Success at Zoovu. She previously held customer and partner success leadership roles at Sherpa, Cybereason, XING/kununu and Fuze, after starting her career in consulting at PwC China. She has turned post-sales organizations into drivers of retention, expansion and revenue growth. At Akeneo, she will focus on customer outcomes and the company's growing enterprise base.

Adding AI and Enterprise Transformation Expertise
Carole Offredo joins as Chief Marketing Officer after a decade at Dataiku, where she helped build and scale the marketing organization as the company grew into a global enterprise AI company. At Akeneo, she will lead marketing as the company brings its agentic Product Cloud to enterprise customers, with a focus on the U.S.

Edouard Dewulf joins as Senior Director, Global Center of Excellence, after seven years at Accenture Song leading digital, commerce and Product Experience Management transformations for major organizations. With more than 15 years in digital services, including years working with Akeneo from the partner side, he strengthens Akeneo's ability to support enterprise customers.
