ST. LOUIS, April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Al Restaino was promoted to Vice President of Marketing at Accella Performance Materials. Accella is based in St. Louis, MO; has sales in excess of $250M and specializes in polyurethane systems solutions and recycled rubber products serving the flat proofing, construction, athletic and recreation surfacing markets.

Bio: Al worked for DuPont, Omnova Solutions (GenCorp), BF Goodrich, and Macro Plastics in his professional career.

He has 25 years of marketing and sales management experience that spans industrial and consumer markets.  He brings a history of developing and implementing global sales and marketing strategies for established and new products.  These product lines include specialty chemicals including rubber, nylon, polyurethanes and PVC resin, as well as applications in decorative and building products, roofing systems, coatings and inks, packaging, healthcare, and automotive.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a marketing concentration.
