A.L.C. Partners With InterLuxe

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- A.L.C. has partnered with InterLuxe, a portfolio company of Lee Equity Partners.

Founded in 2009 by designer Andrea Lieberman, A.L.C. is a ready-to-wear brand. The eponymous collection delivers a refined canon of essentials through sophisticated, yet considered pieces.

The investment in A.L.C. is the second fashion partnership for InterLuxe.  InterLuxe partnered with the New York-based fashion brand Jason Wu in September 2014.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Sage Group, LLC and Buchalter Nemer served as advisors to A.L.C.. StoneCastle Securities, LLC served as exclusive placement agent to InterLuxe.
