Alert Logic Hires Kimberly Bowron as Senior Vice President of Talent Management

HOUSTON, Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alert Logic (www.alertlogic.com), a leading provider of Security-as-a-Service solutions for the cloud, today announced that it has hired Kimberly Bowron as Senior Vice President of Talent Management.  Ms. Bowron will be responsible for all aspects of Alert Logic's Talent Management program including recruiting and hiring, performance management, talent development, long-term talent strategy, and all foundational services supporting compensation, benefits, training and talent planning.

Ms. Bowron joins Alert Logic after seven years at Houston-based Cadre Proppants. She joined Cadre Proppants as its Vice President of Human Resources where she was quickly promoted to Vice President of Administration and later to Chief Administrative Officer where she ultimately ran nearly all aspects of Cadre's business and led the company through its successful acquisition by U.S. Silica Holdings. Ms. Bowron's previous experience includes four years at ClearChannel Communications, now Live Nation Entertainment, where she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Services.  Additionally, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for VeriCenter and a leadership consultant for Honeywell.
