This renowned ALI CLE program features the country's most experienced practitioners as they share strategies, tips, and insights on some of the most complex challenges estate planners encounter. This year's program will cover topics such as portability, assisting elderly and disabled clients, digital assets, estate planning for business owners, and nuptial agreements.
