ALI CLE's Popular Land Use Institute to Feature Keynote on Eminent Domain and Regulatory Takings Law

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education is pleased to announce that its annual Land Use Institute will be presented Friday, December 12, 2014, at Perkins Coie LLP in Washington, D.C.

Now in its 30th year, this essential CLE program focused on land use practices is the premiere event for attorneys looking to polish their skills, update their knowledge, and rekindle their enthusiasm for this constantly evolving field of law.  

This year's program features a keynote luncheon address entitled "Takings: 100 Years in 60 Minutes" by Gideon Kanner, professor of law emeritus at Loyola University, and Michael M. Berger, a partner with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.  Professor Kanner and Mr. Berger will review the past, present, and future of eminent domain and regulatory takings law, based upon their combined years of practice.
