LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., Feb. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, and human capital management solutions, today announced it has acquired Carlson Management Consulting, a leading Adaptive Insights implementation partner that provides system implementation, optimizations and integrations to transform financial processes and operations to the cloud.
With more than 40 employees and over 350 active customers, Carlson delivers best-in-class cloud solutions for Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Systems Integration, value-added consulting and outsourced services to organizations of all sizes and across all industries. Carlson's DataBlend business is not included in the acquisition.
