LOS ANGELES, Oct. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Farmers Insurance today announced the Picture Perfect Weddings Contest, a national search to find three passionate couples who will ring in the New Year with wedding bells, and begin their journey together atop the Farmers Insurance "Love Float" during the 2014 Rose® Parade.  The Bachelor's Chris Harrison will officiate the nuptials as they embark upon the next phase of their lives.

Beginning today through October 28, eligible couples can enter the Picture Perfect Weddings Contest on the Farmers Insurance Facebook Page by submitting a "picture perfect" photo of themselves and sharing their love story, telling Farmers why they believe they deserve to be married on the Farmers "Love Float." Three couples will be named winners of the contest, saying their "I Do's" as the "Love Float" rides through the heart of Pasadena, California on New Year's Day.  One of these three couples will be crowned the grand prize winner, receiving a prize package that will help them build the foundation for their future.

Once the call for submissions closes on October 28, the three winning couples of the Picture Perfect Weddings Contest will then participate in a series of wedding and life planning competitions, as they vie for votes from the American public.  The fan-favorite couple will be named the grand prize winner and will win a live wedding in front of millions worldwide on New Year's Day atop the Farmers "Love Float."  Consumers can vote for their favorite couple on the Farmers Insurance Facebook page from November 19 through December 29. Additionally, consumers can help the Farmers' Picture Perfect Weddings winners plan for their big day by sharing wedding photos and marriage advice through the Farmers Facebook "Picture Perfect Weddings Album."

The winners of the Picture Perfect Weddings will receive a trip to Pasadena, CA for themselves and up to two guests and the exclusive opportunity to be married on the Farmers Insurance "Love Float." Additionally, the couples will win:
