Allegiance Capital Announced as Winner of the 15th Annual M&A Advisor Awards
DALLAS, Dec. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 15th Annual M&A Advisor Awards on Wednesday, November 9th at the 2016 M&A Advisor Awards Gala to a jubilant, sold-out crowd at the New York Athletic Club, New York, N.Y. Brent Earles and Fred McCallister of Allegiance Capital were named a winner in the Consumer Discretionary category for their work on the acquisition of 4G Wireless and A – Z Wireless from Atlantic Street Capital by Lone Star Funds.
"We had the unique privilege of being involved in Atlantic Street Capital's original platform acquisition of Z Wireless, eight of the subsequent add-on acquisitions, and Atlantic Street's exit of their investment which was concurrent with the acquisition of 4G Wireless," remarked Fred McCallister in reference to this year's award.

Mr. Wilkins, a Managing Partner at Atlantic Street Capital, was also nominated for the M&A Advisor award for Private Equity Professional of the Year.
