FARGO, N.D., July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegiance is pleased to announce that version 9.2 of its nonprofit fundraising software will be ready for public release in the coming weeks. With an intended release date of July 2015, the company is providing a wide variety of improvements and new features to help media stations better track and build on their donations. These include:
- Sophisticated new reporting abilities, including Sustainer Development and Retention Reports
- Improved social media monitoring tools
- Better credit card rejection management
- Integration with wealth intelligence tool WealthEngine
- The ability to create purchase orders
- A redesigned Online Personal Interface
- Expanded customization of pledge pages, including creating foreign language versions
- Donor and member profiles can now accept email and file attachments
In order to ensure that the new version will function properly on release day, Allegiance provided four media stations across the country the opportunity to beta test version 9.2: PBS affiliate KSPS in Spokane, Washington; St. Louis Public Radio station KWMU-FM, Wayne State University radio station WDET in Detroit, and PBS/NPR affiliate WQLN in Erie, Pennsylvania.
The feedback from these stations has been positive. At WQLN, membership services coordinator Gwen Campbell was very happy with the results.
"The biggest improvement for me is the purchase order function," Campbell said. "I no longer have to manually create orders to email to vendors."
The staff at KSPS has been happy with several features, including the pop-up dialog box that allows users to review what they set up. One of the staffers, Lynn Treffry, also loved the ability to color code the Data Entry Screen and the ability to re-run Thank You notes.
KWMU's Associate Development Director Denise Hamilton is such a fan of Version 9.2, she has found 17 things to love about the new software. These include a new "Connect with Allegiance" tab that can bring users instantly to Allegiance's technical support from within the software. Multiple work files can be handled by different users in the On-Demand Functions screen, and the Benchmarks Report now includes Vehicle Donation Affiliations and Revenue.
With these features getting so much support, Allegiance is confident that users will enjoy Version 9.2 when it's released in July 2015.
