Allegiance Fundraising Software Offers New Customers 90-day Conversion Guarantee
FARGO, N.D., Sept. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegiance has exciting news for public and non-commercial religious radio and TV stations. Beginning August 2015, Allegiance will provide all new customers with a 90-day conversion guarantee on its software products. The guarantee is part of the company's implementation package, which is designed to get stations up and running with new solutions without interfering with day-to-day operations.
"Many of our prospects didn't believe us when we told them we had a fast, painless conversion process, so we decided to prove it," Allegiance Software CEO and Chief Software Architect Sonja Jensen said. "Our clients have been burned in the past with nightmare conversions from our competitors that leave stations in turmoil for months or even years. We want to encourage stations to get rid of bad software sooner rather than later."
The Allegiance implementation process works in three steps:
- Pre-implementation – The station signs up for Allegiance software on its onsite server or on the Allegiance Cloud Server. The station provides Allegiance a test copy of its data file to be converted 60-90 days before training begins. One week prior to onsite training, the station provides a full data file to Allegiance and the 90-day guarantee period begins. During this week, the Allegiance team converts data, asks questions and prepares for implementation.
- One-week training - Allegiance trains new users on the software. Station staff performs regular operations like entering pledge and cash data with Allegiance's supervision. The data is frozen for the first three days while the two parties work together to discover any possible glitches or anomalies. Then the station works with live data to see how the software functions in real-time.
- Trial period - The station reports any potential problems during the first 30 days of implementation, allowing Allegiance toinstall fixes and code to smooth out conversion. If Allegiance has not completed the conversion in 90 days, the stationwill be refunded its license fees.
