Allegiant Announces Resignation of Board Member Jude Bricker

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Jude Bricker from his position on the company's board of directors, effective immediately, as he has shared plans to pursue other professional opportunities within the industry.

Bricker joined Allegiant's board upon the closing of the company's acquisition of Sun Country Airlines in May 2026. He previously served as CEO of Sun Country Airlines from 2017 through May 2026.
