COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Data Systems Corporation (NYSE: ADS), a leading global provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions, today announced the completion on July 1, 2019 of the previously announced sale of its Epsilon business to Publicis Groupe [Euronext Paris : FR0000130577, CAC 40], one of the world's largest leading global marketing, creative and business transformation companies.
Alliance Data expects to use the full amount of net proceeds from the sale to repurchase shares and pay down corporate debt. The Company maintains its 2019 guidance provided in the Company's first quarter earnings release issued April 25, 2019.
