In his new position, Noll will be contributing as part of alliantgroup's executive management team and taking on an expansive leadership role for the firm. In addition to continuing to serve as the leader of the entire R&D Implementation Department—the division responsible for the firm's Research and Development Tax Credit services—Noll will be working with the management team to implement future strategic endeavors and to further develop the entire organization.

Noll began his career at alliantgroup as an attorney for the firm's Tax Controversy Services Division helping clients resolve a wide-range of tax issues in various forums across the nation. From there, Noll rose to become a Senior Director for the firm's TCS and Quality Control divisions. In the latter role, Noll led a team of tax attorneys, statisticians and other professionals responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of all of alliantgroup's service offerings.

Prior to his latest promotion, Noll was a Senior Director in alliantgroup's R&D Implementation Department—the largest division and service line at alliantgroup. Under Noll's leadership, the department achieved record numbers and growth. During the most recent tax season, Noll's department delivered over $300 million in R&D tax credits to more than 1,400 clients. During his tenure as Senior Director, the department has seen growth of over 30 percent year over year in both clients served and in total tax savings delivered to clients.
