Allied Industrial Partners-Backed Celebrity Coaches Acquires BandWagon RV Rentals

Combined company to offer a wide-ranging fleet of transportation solutions for every stage of the touring lifecycle

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Celebrity Coaches ("Celebrity"), a premier supplier of luxury transportation services for the entertainment industry, announced today its acquisition of BandWagon RV Rentals ("BandWagon"), an RV provider specializing in mid-level tour transportation. This strategic combination will allow Celebrity to offer its clients a broader range of vehicles and customized solutions for their evolving tour needs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bowling Green, Indiana, BandWagon revolutionized touring with the BandWagon™ RV, which combines the comfort and functionality of a tour bus with the convenience of an RV. Designed as an affordable alternative to entertainer coaches, it meets the needs of artists navigating smaller venues with limited amenities. The BandWagon management team, including Founder Marvin Clarke and President Jeremy Clarke, will remain with the fully integrated company.

BandWagon marks Celebrity's third add-on acquisition following Allied Industrial Partners' ("Allied") strategic investment in the platform in early 2024.
