This new development allows the company to offer an industry-best fade and stain warranty that was introduced at the 2016 International Builders' Show (IBS) that took place January 19 – 21, 2016 in Las Vegas.

Developed by advanced polymer engineers, Alloy Armour Technology (AAT) is the proprietary alloy formulation that provides improved performance characteristics, such as outstanding weathering protection, UV protection, resistance to scratching, and the ability to hold color over time. Through rigorous testing, the technology has allowed AZEK products to have an industry-best 30-Year Fade and Stain Limited Warranty along with the existing Lifetime Limited warranty.

AAT is the next generation of capping material formulation for AZEK Deck. It represents a continued focus on R&D and commitment to providing breakthroughs in material science. All AZEK Deck products now utilize this new technology.
