Alloy Holdings Completes Acquisitions of GSM Metals, Inc. and Cimini & Associates, Inc.

Acquisitions expand capabilities across precious metals, advanced materials, and critical energy applications.

PROVIDENCE, R.I., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Alloy Holdings, LLC, a Rhode Island-based holding company focused on metals, advanced materials, and precision manufacturing, announced today that it has completed the acquisitions of privately held GSM Metals, Inc. and Cimini & Associates, Inc., located in Cranston and Westerly, Rhode Island, respectively.

GSM Metals will continue operating as GSM Metals, while Cimini & Associates will operate as C&A Advanced Materials. Each business is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Alloy Holdings, will maintain operations at its current location, and will continue serving its customers while pursuing opportunities for improvement and long-term growth.

GSM Metals joins Lee's Manufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products, adding precious-metal mill products for premium and luxury jewelry, commercial, and specialty-material applications while supporting supply-chain reliability.

C&A Advanced Materials adds manufacturing capacity in advanced electrical materials and components for grid infrastructure, power generation, and distribution. Its high-performance rod materials are used in nuclear reactor technology worldwide.
